Ring of Kerry
The Ring of Kerry is one of the most scenic and unspoiled routes in Ireland. On this breathtaking tour, we travel along the Wild Atlantic Way through coastal towns and villages. We explore the Skellig Ring, inaccessible to bus or coach, and from the small rural hamlets along the way magnificent views can be had of the ancient Unesco World Heritage site of the early Christian monastic settlement on the island of Skellig Michael. We continue on to Waterville, a favourite holiday spot of Charlie Chaplin and his family, and stop in the charming village of Sneem where you can explore the shops and cafes. Continuing back to Killarney via Molls Gap we stop at the world-famous Ladies View where awe-inspiring views of the Lakes of Killarney can be seen.
Dingle & Slea Head
This full day tour features some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland and has been described by the National Geographic as “the most beautiful place on earth”. On route, we stop to explore the colourful fishing town of Dingle and then travel on and visit places where no bus can reach and self-guided tours will miss. Slea Head has provided settings for films like Ryan’s Daughter, Far and Away and more recently Star Wars. The area has numerous archaeological sites including the famous Gallarus Oratory built between the 6th and 9th century.
Killarney & Surrounding Areas
Killarney is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ireland and is renowned for its beauty and world famous Lakes of Killarney and National Park. Visits include Muckross House, Torc Waterfall, Ross Castle, Aghadoe, Gap of Dunloe and much more. St. Marys Cathedral is also a popular trip for tourists particularly those with Irish heritage due to its historical significance. The foundation stone was layed in 1842 but construction had to be halted in 1848 for 5 years due to The Great Irish Famine. Thanks to funding across Ireland and the US, the Cathedral was completed just a few years later.
Southern Peninsula & Haven Coast
This tour begins with a visit to the scenic Gougane Barra and St Finbarr’s Oratory. We then travel on to the market harbour town of Bantry and its famous House and Gardens. From here we travel along the Wild Atlantic Way route to the most extreme south-westerly point of Ireland to Mizen Head. We then travel along the southern coast visiting some of the most picturesque towns in the country including Schull, Skibbereen, Baltimore, Glandore and more.
Travelling from the picturesque town of Kenmare we take the coastal road that follows the Wild Atlantic Way through the colourful villages of Eyeries and Allihies towards the Beara Peninsula where Ireland’s only cable car connects us to Dursey Island. On route to Glengariff we detour to view the dramatic Healy Pass situated between the highest summits in the Caha mountain range. The warming influence of the Gulf stream ensures that Glengarriff has an abundance of rare plants and flowers and is considered a gardeners paradise. Leaving here we take the Caha pass to Kenmare and on to Killarney.
Cork City, Blarney & Kinsale
On this tour, we visit the famous Blarney Castle built nearly 600 years ago by one of Ireland’s greatest chieftains Cormac Mac Carthy.
